Produktbeschreibung

Als Zauberwaffe der spanischen Küche bekannt und mit dieser Mischung im Handumdrehen zubereitet. Es schmeckt zu geröstetem Weißbrot, gegrilltem Fisch, Artischocken und spanischen Tapas.

Zubereitung: 4TL Aioli-Gewürz mit etwas heißem Wasser verrühren und 20 Minuten ziehen lassen. Anschließend mit 3 EL Mayonnaise, Créme fraiche oder (pflanzlichen) Joghurt verrühren.
