Fenchel und Zimt machen diesen Rub neben dem Röstkaffee und Ingwer zu einem Geschmacksmoment, den Keiner vergessen wird. Durch den enthaltenen Zucker wird eine bestechende Süße verliehen. Mehr braucht Keiner.

Tipp: Ideal für Beef Brisket oder Pulled Pork. Er harmoniert also mit Rindfleisch genauso wie mit Schweinefleisch. Er passt perfekt als Steak-Rub und sogar zu Wild um eine würzig-süße Geschmackkruste zu bekommen.
